Single & Double Storey Extension, Northampton

The Client Brief

Our client approached our builders in Northampton looking to create significantly more space within their existing home and make better use of the property’s current footprint.

Rather than extending in just one area, the project was planned around a combination of a full-width 4m single-storey rear extension and a double-storey side extension. Together, these additions will provide valuable extra space across both the ground and first floors.

With two substantial elements being constructed as part of the same project, careful coordination is important throughout the build. The client needed an experienced team that could manage the different stages of work, coordinate the construction process and keep everything progressing in the right direction.

The aim is to create a home that offers considerably more usable space while allowing the homeowners to improve their existing property rather than look elsewhere.

What We Did

Work is currently underway on this residential extension project, with our team managing the construction as the new spaces begin to take shape.
 
The full-width rear extension will extend the footprint of the ground floor by four metres, while the double-storey side extension will provide valuable additional space across two levels of the home.
